Child Safety Standards

1Our Commitment

Youtoo.Social SL ("EUTOO," "we," "us," or "our") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. This applies to every part of the EUTOO App, including public posts ("Voices"), "Moments," comments, groups, profiles, and private messages. Content or behaviour of this kind is never permitted, regardless of who posts it, who it is directed at, or the context in which it appears.

2EUTOO Is an Adult-Only App

EUTOO is only available to users aged 18 and over. Every account must supply a date of birth at sign-up, and the App does not allow an account to be created for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to hold an account or use the App. If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 18, we suspend or terminate it and remove the associated content without prior notice. Full detail is in Section 3 of our Terms & Conditions.

3What We Prohibit

Beyond our general ban on nudity, sexual content, and content depicting or glorifying violence (Terms, Section 5), we specifically prohibit, without exception:

Any image, video, text, or other content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers a minor.

Grooming, soliciting, or otherwise attempting to arrange contact with a minor for a sexual purpose.

Sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in any form.

Any account, whether or not it uses EUTOO's own messaging or media features, engaging in the conduct above.

4How to Report a Concern

Every post in the App carries a "Report" option, which lets you flag it for our team with a reason and, optionally, a description. For anything the in-app report tool does not cover — including private messages, profiles, or urgent CSAE concerns — email us directly at support@eutoo.eu. We record who reported what, and why, so a report is never lost or ignored. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, please also contact your local police or emergency services.

5How We Respond

Reports involving suspected CSAE are treated as our highest priority. Where we determine that content or an account breaches this policy, we remove the content and suspend or permanently terminate the account, generally without the advance notice we would otherwise give for other policy breaches, given the severity of this category of harm. We preserve relevant records as needed to support law enforcement action.

6Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Where we identify or are made aware of apparent CSAE on the App, we remove it and, where legally required or appropriate, report it and cooperate with the relevant law enforcement authorities and child-protection bodies. We also respond to valid law enforcement requests for information in accordance with applicable law, as described in Section 15 of our Terms & Conditions.
